 Artist's Copy. This is one of Tootie's Special Moves. This move incorporates a lot of her skills- her ballet twisting, her ki manipulation, and of course, her punching abilities. The description of the move is that she bends down briefly, charging up. She then springs up with her fist upward, twisting her body around with an amethyst aura of ki energy surrounding her, with both fists now outstretched.
